Will my insurance cover any prescription medicine I purchase?
Each insurance plan has a unique formulary of covered drugs. If a drug is not covered by your plan there is a formal process call a Prior authorization also known as a "PA". We can send a PA to your doctor and have them to submit a form requesting coverage of the medication. The insurance will then decide if they will cover the medication.
Can I buy generic brand prescriptions even though my doctor prescribed me a brand name medication?
Unless Brand is indicated by the doctor or not available in generic, we can always substitute a brand medication to generic.
How do I refill or order new prescriptions?
Sending refill request is easy. Simply give us a call or send it in by our Pharmacy App.
